Warren County provides an array of workforce development programs. Wabash Valley Workforce Consortium courses provide college-level instruction in a local setting, while the Manufacturing Readiness Boot Camp helps with basic workplace skills and habits. Other programs include WorkOne and WorkKeys.
A variety of other educational opportunities for all ages are available through area schools, the Warren County Learning Center, and nearby colleges and universities.
Wabash Valley Workforce Consortium: Organized and funded through the Warren County Local Economic Development Office, the Wabash Valley Workforce Consortium (WVWC) is a collaborative effort among businesses, government, community based organizations and Ivy Tech Community College to elevate workforce skill levels.
The WVWC develops workforce strategies for Warren County businesses that help to hire, train, retain and advance the skill levels of employees for higher productivity, safety and effectiveness. Through collaboration, the consortium's members are able to provide world-class, affordable, locally-delivered training opportunities that reflect the current needs and objectives of Warren County's dynamic workplace.
Member firms represent a variety of industries and actively participate in selecting course topics through ongoing needs assessment and continuous evaluation. Active partners include: Accuburn, Dyna-Fab, Flex-N-Gate, Good Roads Manufacturing, Heritage Garages, Hose Technology, Hubner Seeds, Indiana Precision Plastics, Ivy Tech Community College, Kuri-Tec Manufacturing, St. Vincent Williamsport Hospital, S.A.L. Incorporated, Tecumseh Area Partnership Inc., Tru-Flex Metal Hose, TMF Center, Warren County Learning Center.

Manufacturing Readiness Boot Camp: The Boot Camp combines a three-week training program taught by Ivy Tech State College with a five-week paid internship in local manufacturing. The experience is designed to give new workers, particularly young adults fresh from school, the experience they need to succeed in advanced manufacturing jobs. The curriculum includes:
- Safety: orientation to manufacturing procedures, hazardous communication, personal protective equipment, bloodborne pathogens
- Math: measurement, ratios and proportions, statistics, graphs and charts
- Quality: overview, prevention versus detection, statistical process control
- Team Skills: effective communications, embracing change, handling emotionally charged situations, balancing home and work
- Print Reading: title blocks, locating information
- Lean Manufacturing: introduction and overview, types of waste
- Manufacturing Processes: simulations, problem solving, process improvement
