Welcome to the Warren County Indiana
Local Economic Development Organization

Warren County, Indiana, is one of those rare, unspoiled bits of America that offers businesses plenty of opportunities and employees a chance at the good life. Here is what we have for you:

  • Workforce Development: Through the Wabash Valley Workforce Consortium, local industries and businesses can enroll their employees in college-level classes on practical management and manufacturing topics for free. The classes are taught right here in Warren County.
  • Progressive Local Development: The Warren County Local Economic Development Organization (LEDO) aggressively seeks out grant opportunities for existing businesses. We fund projects including the Manufacturing Readiness Boot Camp, Six Sigma training, workforce training, WorkKeys, and the Business Expo.
  • Low-Interest Loans: The LEDO sponsors a 3% Revolving Loan Fund to promote local business start-ups and expansions. Up to $50,000 is available.
  • Easy Access: Served by Interstate 74, US highway 41, and state roads 26, 28 and 63, Warren County is within easy reach of Chicago and Indianapolis. A major Norfolk & Southern rail route crosses the area. The Danville, Illinois, community airport and the Purdue University airport bring air traffic to the east and west edges of the county. Ninety-four million consumers live within a day's drive, including 80 of the top 100 US markets.

Our job at the Warren County Local Economic Development Organization (LEDO) is to share the good news. Look around our community. You'll like what what you see! When you're ready to ask questions or take a tour contact us.
